ISO 9001 – Quality Management System

Wade, part of Alumasc Water Management Solutions operates a quality assurance management system for its Halstead site which is independently audited to BS EN ISO 9001:2015.

The ISO 9001 framework governs the management of many aspects of Wade’s support services, manufacturing and transport operations. Wade is committed to continual development and, along with their ISO 14001 environmental management systems, ISO 9001 provides the tools to monitor and feedback information from all areas of the business to ensure a first class service is maintained.

In addition, Wade is also an active member of all industry relevant trade associations.

ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System

The Halstead site is audited to the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Standard.

The measurement against this internationally recognised benchmark not only allows comparative reporting across the Alumasc Group but also provides a framework that informs all aspects of the company’s development, from improvements in the day to day running of their manufacturing sites to the long term product design and refinement programmes.

The ISO 14001 Standard is structured in such a way as to encourage improvement in all area of environmental management, ranging from up stream monitoring of raw materials supply chains to post life recycling of manufactured product.

Wade is committed to achieving improvements not only as good neighbours to the surrounds at their manufacturing plants but in the responsible sourcing of raw materials and monitoring of their impact on the environment as a whole.
